Sorry we didn’t find anything!

So on my IPad when I go to channels then box sets on Tv Go for some reason I am getting the message ‘Sorry we didn’t find anything’ This is happening on all of the channels I usually watch so pretty much no content! I’ve rebooted router,signed in and out of app and still the problem continues..Any suggestions..Virgin Media do my head in😡

I am sorry to hear you're having issues accessing TV Go.  And I'm sorry for delay in responding.  With that in mind, can I ask if you're still having the issues accessing TV Go?
