I've sorry to hear you are having an issue with registering your device. In order to help you, we will need a little more information.
What error message are you getting when trying to register the device?
Is your iPad running the latest iOS version?
Are there any updates to be run within the App Store for the TV Go app?
Where checking here, do you have an available device slot? If not can you remove another device to free a space up and then re-try?
