Sorry we can't play this at the moment (152)

Hello first post.

I have recently installed virgin go and when I'm at home on my WiFi it's absolutely fine watching everything. The moment I leave my house and get on 4g it gives me the error in the subject line no matter what channel I select. My 4g is fine on every other app. 

 

My phone is a OnePlus 7t pro

The app version is 2.3.55 Prod(22401)

Hopefully someone can help

I have the same issue. Used to work fine but then I changed to a new sim card and now I get the same 152 error message when using data. I'm using a Huawei p20

I just signed out and then signed back in again and now it's working. Should have thought of that before, variation on the old IT fix classic, switch it off and on again! 😆

I have the same problem. It seems Chinese phones are blocked. My Samsung Note 9 plays without problems, but Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite cannot play it.

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your TV GO services looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration.

Have you tried reinstalling the app on your mobile phone?

Just to confirm, are you having the issues just on 4G? Are there any issues when using it on the WiFi?

It only doesnt work on 4g. Works fine on WiFi.

All gets a little confusing when there a serval people on the thread. 

 

Thank you for letting me know you are still having this issue.  

 

Have you been able to uninstall and re-install the app? 

 

Are you able to let me know the make and model of the phone you are trying to view it on and the app version?

It does on both 4G and Wi-fi, but it occasionally plays longer on WiFi before giving the error message.
