Hi there,
I can not run any TV programmes on my Windows 11 Laptop.
The app works on other devices and this is extremely frustrating trying to get this to work.
Can you help me resolve this please.
I am also running Norton anti virus software, so I don't know if this is causing a problem.
I am in the UK and from what I can see my laptop thinks it's in the UK too.
Thanks and regards,
NJC

With Norton installed, ensure you don’t have a VPN active.

Hi there,
I'm re-posting from yesterday as I don't seem to be able to see the original ion my account.
I can't access any TV from Now on TV.
I keep getting:-
Not Available
Sorry, this programme is not available in this region.
I am in the UK and according to my IP address I am in the UK, so what is going on?
I am running Windows 11 on my Laptop and have Norton Utilities installed.
Now on TV works fine on other Laptops in my household, IPads and Phones.
Regards,
NJC

Hi There,
Many thanks for that
Any ideas why even though the VPN says I'm in the UK, Now on TV thinks otherwise?

I’m not a networking expert but the VPN hides your real Virgin Media IP and perhaps that’s required by the app.

Hi @njc59,
Thank you for your posts and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.
I'm so sorry to hear that you're having some problems watching certain content. As has already been mentioned in this thread, if you have a VPN or a firewall in place then it's possible that may be causing this issue for you. Would you mind disabling it and trying again to see if you have any better luck?
Let us know how you get on either way.
Cheers,
