I have installed he TV Go app on a new laptop running Windows 11, and I get the above error message. I have also tried running TV Go in the browser, but get a similar error.
I have an android device, and this has no problem playing programs. I am not using a VPN.

Have you been able to try the app on another laptop and if so has this worked? Have you also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app at all?

I do not have an alternate PC to try it on, but it is working on an android device. I have tried reinstalling the app and it did not change the problem. As mentioned, it was also giving the error in the browser based version as well. However, having tried again this evening, and the problem appears to have resolved itself.
