We're really sorry that you have been having issues and as advised in the other thread, the teams are looking in to things. I can see you've managed to resolve things based on your latest reply here.
We completely understand how frustrating it can be when something isn't right but please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. If you need to update the thread then just reply to your original thread rather than creating a new one. When posting more than once about the same fault, it makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts and the fault itself doesn't get resolved any quicker.
