Hi, I am trying to find how to manage my devices registered on the sky sports app but cannot find how to do it? Every time I go on to the app to watch it comes up with ‘device limit reached contact your service provider”  I’ve gone round and round in circles on the VirginMedia site, which tells me ‘no devices are registered’ I have now missed Newcastle vs Palace on my birthday 😢😂 My kids have all in logged out on their devices. Please advise.🙏

The Sky Sports device site needs to be opened as http in a private browsing session to work properly
