My Virgin TV Go login is working just fine on the Virgin app, however it won't work on the Sky Sports app. I'm making sure to click the "Virgin TV login" option when I try to log in, and I've tried via the browser on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, and the app on my phone. I've uninstalled and re-downloaded the app, but each time I try to log in, I get the same message;
"Oops - the page has timed out. Looks like this session has expired. Please close the window and try again."
There are no technical team available via the online chat, and I don't have a landline to call them free, and I'm not paying to call an 0345 number and wait on hold for +30mins, could you please advise a way to fix this?
