I have got sky sports app on my phone but when I sign in through virgin media it says it doesn't recognise email address, I have reloaded app and currently signed into my virgin media app with same email address, any ideas??

I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues accessing the Sky Sports on your phone. Are you using the exact same login as your My Virgin Media account? Do you have Sky Sports included within your bundle with us?

Yes I can login OK to my virgin media apps using my email address, I have both sky sports and bt sports, I've watched sky sports before on my phone but is now not recognising My email address, and yes I've checked to make sure it is the correct one

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with accessing the Sky Sports App.

Can you please trey changing  your My Virgin Media password, then sign into the App?

If that fails please let me know.

Issue resolved, I deleted the sky sports app and reloaded it, ( this had been done previously) I can now access skysports through the app,
