recently updated to virgin 360, can't log into sky sports to watch live TV on my MacBook, I click onto the virgin media logo box and comes up with unexpected error.

Please advise

Since upgrading I am unable to access sky sports on my macbook, trying to log in via the virgin media log in, all that comes up is unexplained error, any ideas as to why?

Thanks for your post, and welcome back to our Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you're having some problems accessing the Sky Sports service. To confirm, is this issue only seen on the Macbook, or other devices too? Can you please try to clear your browser cache and cookies, and try again?

As a quick check as well, are you able to access the channel directly through your TV Box?

Thank you for your reply, In answer.

1. I have cleared all cache and history from my MacBook, issue still occurs

2. I am able to log into sky sports from all other devices that are android

3. below, message comes up

Further to my earlier reply, if I Click on VM Ireland or now TV their respective log in pages come up, unlike VM

Thank you for your response @joe3400 and I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with TV Go even after clearing the cache.

 

Can I just confirm if you have been able to access this via an alternative browser at all?

My thanks for your help, I'm not sure if any background work has been done by virgin in the last 24 hrs, but the issue seems to have been resolved, which is good for me but strange that it happened.
