Hi, when I try to watch sky sports through virgin go on my android mobile phone I get the message saying device limit reached. The mobile is one of my registered devices and been able to watch previously. Any fixes please?

Thanks, I have now updated my devices for Sky and I can now watch sky on my mobile phone but the Virgin go app has not updated the changes that I made. Will that cause a problem?

No. The device lists are separate between Sky Sports and Virgin TV Go.

As long as everything works then don't worry about it 😁
