Hi, I’m trying to watch Sky sports on the Sky sports app. It is a new Lenovo Android tablet and the app is up to date. I can watch on my phone but not the tablet and I am not trying to watch on more than one device at a time. The issue isn’t to do with whether the app is working or up to date, it is to do with the fact that a message pops up that my device limit has been reached, and recommends that I contact my provider. My device limit has definitely not been reached, as I have only 3 registered devices and am able to watch other channels on TV go on the tablet, Hope you can help with this problem, Cheers 779027.

I'm sorry to hear you're also having issues with your registered devices for the Sky Sports app. Do you have any devices in the home that you are able to access Sky Sports on? If so, can you please head over to the registered device list to check whether any devices have been registered as duplicates?
We'll be more than happy to reset your device count for you if so.
