I have been getting an unexpected error when trying to log in to sky sports using the virgin login details. It gives no hint as to what may be wrong. Sometimes it also flashed up with a screen saying no Internet. It was driving me mad as it appears it has done many people. I definitely had Internet.
I read through all the technical solutions and was ready to just ditch it when I thought maybe the device wasn't registered. When I went to login to my virgin media account I realised I had been entering the details of my main email account not the master VM.
It turned out the answer was as simple as that. If only the error message was more helpful! So before zapping everything and meddling with things we should leave well alone just check the login details.

Thanks for the helpful tip, it's easy to do and something that's often not thought about when signing in.
I know it's not the same, but sometimes I have an issue logging in because the system puts a hard space at the end of my email address.
