Sky sports on app?

Hi

I am dead confused we moved from sky to virgin. We’ve been really disappointed in the virgin go app. My son can’t download it on his Xbox. Also, we pay for the sports channels, and we can’t watch them on the app? It asks us to sign into sky? Is there a solution to this?

You need to download and use the Sky Sports app for the Sky Sports channels.

Another thing to note is that Sky now only allows Virgin customers to watch live Sky Sports channels on ONE device at any one time even though their website still states that it is two.

If you use the sky sports app it asks you to sign in with V Media I use all the time on I pad. As I am a truck driver and away during the week
