Sky sports maximum users reached

Hi

I am suppose to be able to watch sky sports/cinema on 2 devices at any one time, however it is only allowing me to watch 1 device at a time. Via the manage my sky devices i can see i only have 3 devices registered out of a possible 6. When i turn on a second device an error message appears saying maximum users reached. Does anyone know why or how to resolve?

Thanks

Sky have changed the rules but not updated the messages. They now only allow one stream at a time.

Re: Sky sports maximum users reached

Seems like Virgin media haven’t passed on the information regarding the downgrade of TV go users who can watch channels simultaneously (Sky Sports, BT etc).Bet they won’t be reducing their prices either. As a big household, I’m at a disadvantage now and there must be thousands of other VM customers affected. I wonder if VM are getting a lot of complaints.
