Hi, I’ve just joined Virgin tv - installation completed yesterday. I can’t seem to login to the sky spots mobile app with my Virgin media credentials, Virgin to go app works no problem.

Do I have to complete a separate registration for the sky sports app?

It sometimes takes up to 48 hours for the account details to be linked to the Sky Sports app.

Are you signing in by clicking on the Virgin TV UK icon as per the screenshot below?
