Sky sports devices not working

When I try to watch sky sports on the virgin tv go app it states device limit reached and I cannot change it for the past few months. I have tried everything to no avail.

I realise you say that you've tried everything, but have you tried the following?

You should be able to manage your Sky Devices by logging into 

http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices 

Make sure it's http and not https.

It's best to do this on either Edge or Firefox browsers as there is often an issue if using Chrome.

Any problems either try an incognito window or clear your browsing history

I have tried this but still no luck. Every other side works but not the sports ones.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with TV GO. 

 

Are you trying to view this on a new device?

 

Or are you seeing this error on a device that has been registered and used successfully before?

 

If so, could you please send us a picture of the error you are seeing?

It’s on an existing box. Plus I am unable to remove any devices at all

Thanks for coming back to us on this. 

I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to reset the devices your end and that this device won't play the Sky channels. 

I'd like to reset things from this end so you can re-register your device. To do that, I will need to pass data protection with you. I have sent you a private message regarding this and will investigate further once I receive your reply. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.

I have reset the devices for use with Sky now. If you can try logging in on the device, it should automatically register the device for you.
