Hi my device is registered and works on the virgin go app but when I try accessing the sports channels via the sky sports app it says the device isn’t registered.

We are sorry for the issues you are experiencing with the Sky Sports app. 

To confirm, is the device you are using listed within the screenshot provided? 

If so, can you please check your settings are correct here.

yes the screenshot is the same device for both pictures and live tv on the virgin go app is not a problem just the sky app

Yes it is and I have tried re installing the app itself twice.
