When I watch Sky Sports through TV on the go via my laptop that has Windows 10 installed, it constantly goes blurry for about 10 secs at a time. Really frustrating. Anyone else? Suggestions?

Really sorry to hear that you are having some issues with Sky Sports. 

Please could you elbaite a little on this? 

Are are watching sky sports via the sky go & are hooking it up to a TV with a HDMI?

Yes I am watching Sky Sports through Virgin Go and through an HDMI onto the TV.

I have no trouble with BT Sports or any other sports channels....

Thanks for the reply, sorry to hear about the issue at hand.

When not plugged in via the HDMI, does the image still display blurry on the device you're using or is this only when plugged in with the HDMI cable connected to the TV?

Do you experience any issues at all on the other channels?

I think its only when using an HDMI but I have no issues using HDLI with BT sports for example.

Already done that a number of times and same thing happens unfortunately

Could you try the following options please if you haven't done so already?

• Set to Always Allow cookies, following these instructions for Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer.

Restart Sky’s app

• Open your Recent Apps menu and close Sky Sports.
• Open the app, tap More > Log Out, then More > Log In > Sign In With Virgin Media TV.
• Enter your My Virgin Media account details.

Restart your device

• Switch your mobile, computer or tablet off and on again.

Reinstall Sky’s app

• Open Apps, tap and hold Sky Sports: drag up to Uninstall and tap OK.
• Download the Sky Sports app from the Google Play or Apple’s App Store.
