Sky sports app

When I sign in to Sky sports app via Virgin it says i can't as i have too many devices.  I can go to the device management page but when I click on "manage my sky devices" I just get an error message saying "Hmm....can't reach this page".  I am using Edge, but have also tried chrome and even opera but still get the same error.

Please advise.  Thank you

Thanks for your post and apologies you're getting that error. 

Have you tried another browser to see if you can reset it that way?

thank you for getting back to you.  i think I mentioned i had tried several browsers without success.  Eventually I found a solution though.  I had been just copying the link with sky directly into another browser (chrome) which didn't work.  however, when i logged out of edge and then logged back into Virginmedia with chrome (ie starting again) it all worked fine.  Alan LS
