I moved house a few months ago and switched my services to the new house. I was always able to watch sky sports on my iPad but now all I get is an error message saying the video is unavailable. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no effect. Can you help?
Hi Gareth. Yes I can log in to the app on my iPad as can my partner and can see all the pages. However when I try to watch live sports it won’t play and I get a message saying the video isn’t available.

I will be honest it's a bit strange, But I can go away ask aa few questions and find a fix
