Sky sports app wont work - too many devices

Hi, I've been using the virgin tv go app for ages now but recently sky sports app wont work. It says I have too many devices registered but won't let me replace any, customer services said at the weekend that they didn't have the facility to remove devices for me but apparently I've been told by someone from VM on twitter that they should have done it for me and to post on here for more help.....

I'm sorry to hear of this error with your Sky App registered devices, we'd love to assist with this issue.

We wouldn't be able to manage the registered devices as you'd do it online, however we can fully remove/reset them all so you can re-register the devices one by one.

This will resolve the issue, please let us know if you want us to help and we'll be glad to look into this.
