Hi sorry I didn't see the reply! It's only the sky sports app; I don't have cinema; and I have never had any VPN. I do have a work security thing for work apps (email, word) but I have the same on my iPhone and that is unaffected
As per my original post I had exactly the same error as you describe only on my phone not an ipad. Within my device limit too. Solved itself when I deleted the app, did a soft reset on my smartphone, reinstalled the app after about 30 minutes and it has worked perfectly since then. May not help you much though!
depends what sort of iPhone you have as they change the way it's done but essentially you are powering off the phone (keeping the power button pressed) until the apple logo appears. Google it based on your phone and OS. It reboots the phone without making any software changes.
