I’m having an issue accessing live tv on my sky sports app on my iPad. An unexpected error please try again message appears. The app works fine on my iPhone but not the iPad. Both devices are fully updated. Can anyone please help.
I have upgraded my mobile device today (iPhone) and cannot watch live TV due to this 'oops unexpected error' message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, checked the new device is within my limit and still get repeated error message. Is this an ongoing known issue or is there a proven fix now given the frequency this seems to recur?
Please can I just confirm, when you say you've checked the new device is within your limit is this in regards to checking you're within the maximum allowed devices registered? Are you aware if any other registered devices are watching live TV when you're accessing it on this device?
