Are you able to confirm if you have used the Sky sports app to view content with in the last 37 days before leaving the UK? The reason why we ask this is because sky demand this to prove you are still a permanent resident and customer of the UK or ROI.

Yes I have. It's allowed me to access it through my wife's phone used as a hotspot also yesterday but not on 3G or 4G

Thanks for coming back to us Sevs66.

 

Please could you check to make sure that your time zone is also correct as this can affect the location information on your phone. Does your sky sports app, have data permissions set to allowed? This can sometimes be disabled during hardware or software updates on your phone.

I have same issue. All settings are on. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I am in London and I am using virgin mobile 4g and virgin media WiFi.

@Louis_R It works on some WiFi networks, but not others.  Now TV works, whereas Sky Sports app doesn’t.
