Are you able to confirm if you have used the Sky sports app to view content with in the last 37 days before leaving the UK? The reason why we ask this is because sky demand this to prove you are still a permanent resident and customer of the UK or ROI.
Please could you check to make sure that your time zone is also correct as this can affect the location information on your phone. Does your sky sports app, have data permissions set to allowed? This can sometimes be disabled during hardware or software updates on your phone.
