Took a while to get my new skysports app setup but now, despite me contacting virgin media support and them confirming that it's all setup correctly, when I login it says that my subscription doesn't include live sports...

Firstly, welcome to the forum! As you're already aware, whenever making any changes such as adding a service there is a delay in this being completed. This can take up to 24 hours but is usually a lot quicker than this.
