I upgraded my tv package to include Sky Sports last night and it delivered to the box immediately 👍.
I went onto the Virgin app to check I could see it on my phone, downloaded the Sky app and logged in using my virgin credentials but when I tried to view a live football game (which I was watching on the tv) I got a message stating “could not play channel - your subscription does not allow you to watch this programme “.
Any ideas please?

Access to the Sky Sports channels on the app is controlled by Sky. It can take up to 48 hours for Sky's databases to fully update, so keep trying & eventually they should work.
