Hi on virgin tv go app when I exit to watch live sport on sky app it comes up with contact provider which I have and they were no help whatsoever any ideas ??

If you also subscribe to Sky Sports then logguing in on the Sky Sports app or website should  give you access to the channels.

Are you logging in with the correct credentials and clicking on the correct icon?
