Hi,
I need some help. We are trying to see what devices we have registered on sky sports so we can delete one and register a new device. However when we go to the device management section, it’s says no devices registered yet we get the error message of “device limit reached” on the app.
Tried different browsers, etc but the virgin media website doesn’t want to play ball at all. Been trying to sort since 10am this morning.
please help!!
