Sorry to hear of the problems logging into the Sky Sports app, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

The details required for the Sky Sports app are the same as the ones used for your online account, are these the ones you're using? If so, do you have any issues accessing other accounts using these details?

I'm sorry to hear that's happening. Would you mind clearing cache and cookies on the device you're using and giving it another try? Let us know how you get on.

I have the same problem, I have cleared my google chrome cache/cookies and it hasn't worked.

Are you able to log in using the TVGo app as normal? Can you try this if you have not already?
