I have less than the number of maximum devices registered which can be used on Virgin Go; however, when I wish to use Sky Sports from the Go App, Sky tells me maximum device limit reached and will not give me access, asking me to get in touch with my provider- virtually an impossible task on Virgin! Can anyone,advise how I can manage this discrepancy, clear devices or whatever, so I can watch the cricket. Very frustrating. Thanks, Peter
