Trying to watch Sky Sports via on PC.
Signing in via Virgin tab -"an unknown error has occurred " No problem on TV.
Any ideas please?

Apologies if you have already tried these. Have you cleared the cache on your browser? Have you tried alternative browsers (chrome, Firefox etc)? Are you by chance running a VPN?

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with Sky Sports on your pc, have you tried the advise that BillBudd has given above?

Thanks for coming back with an update, I'm very sorry to hear things still aren't resolved.
To clarify, are you currently attempting to sign in to Sky Sports via the Sky Sports website and selecting the Virgin Media logo? Is your browser/device running on any of the following:
- The newest Apple Safari or OS X 10.9 on your iPhone – macOS 10.12 on your Mac
- the newest Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox on your Mac, Windows 7, 8.1 or 10 device
- Microsoft Edge on your Windows 7, 8.1 or 10.
Can you please also ensure that you have set to Always Allow cookies, you can do this by following these instructions for Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge.

Is this "an unknown error has occurred " the full error message, are you able to share a screenshot?

Tried I phone and Hudl tablet, same message.
"An unknown error has occurred", exclamation mark within red triangle. No other message.
