Sky Sports on Ipad

Hi

I am unable to access Sky Sports on my ipad using my virgin media log in. Message says my subscription doesn't allow me to watch the programme. Although It Does !!

Thank you for your post. I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with access Sly Sports. 

Is this the only device having this issue?

Have you tried both the app and web browser version?

Are you signing in by clicking on the Virgin TV UK icon and entering your My Virgin Media email address and password?

Can you access my-virgin-media using your account email address and password?
