Sky Sports issue (Being investigated)

On attempting to open Sky Sports I repeeatedly get the following: " There was an unexpected error" I have restarted the PC and also changed web browser but still get the same message. I can access Sky Sports on my mobile phone.

Hi,

I currently cannot log in to sky sports using a web browser on a PC.

Getting error: "There was an unexpected error"
and the URL is: https://skyid.sky.com/error/wholesaleerror

I have tried on different computers and tried using chrome and edge.

I was able to log in yesterday using this method.

I can still access sky sports via my mobile (apple) and the sky sports app.

I have checked devices in my virgin log in and all ok. I have some spare.

Please help.

I've just tested this and have the same issue on my PC which updated overnight (2022-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5014668))  I'm now running Windows 11 Build 22000.776  - I'm not sure if this related but have fed it back to the mod team

No problems with the app using my android devices.

I've tried on Windows 11 Pro (22000.739) and Windows 10 Pro (19043.1766) and neither work.

Trying to use the Sky Sports App on Win 10 PC to watch Sky Sports.  Returning an unexpected error and not allowing me to log in.

It has worked on the PC before (a few days ago) and is working on the android SkySports app, but not on PC.

Tried Chrome and Edge (both on latest versions) neither is allowing me to login. No active VPN running that may have changed visible region.
