Sky Sports and Cinema App do not work using Samsung S10e.

Virgin TV Go works fine but when trying to watch anything on Sky Cinema it says working on low bandwidth.

Wont even let me sign into Sky Sports, states error and this was through the Virgin user screen.

All the apps work fine on my iphone, no problems logging in or watching movies or sports.

Sorry to hear you've been having issues with your TV Go App - we did have some known issues last week that may have impacted the service like this. Have you since tried to use it? Please let me know if there is an error message popping up and how things are for you now. These issues should now be resolved.

If you are trying to watch Sky Cinema or Sky Sports you will be able to download their App and still log in to watch. 

 

Let me know and we'll go from there 🙂
