Sky Sports Virgin Media sign in, An unknown error has occurred

I'm trying to watch sky sports online and every time I try to sign in via the Virgin TV UK button it tells me there's an unknown error and goes no further.

I tried different browsers, Edge, Opera, Chrome. They all have the same outcome.

Would like some help please.

Used Firefox and was able to sign in.
