Sky Sports Racing channel via Virgin TVGo or SkySports app

Good Afternoon

I subscribe to SkySports with Virgin and can watch Sky Sports Racing on my Virgin TV box.
I can sign in to SkySports on their app using my Virgin details, but cannot watch the Sky Sports Racing channel on there. 

Is there a particular reason Sky do not allow their Virgin subscribers to watch racing via their app?
I can't see it makes any difference to them, and they allow us to watch their football channels etc which must be a bigger draw... It always seems an anomaly - it can't be for technical reasons, as sky offer their other channels this way, and their competition, RacingTV allow it. Is there any reason, or any place we could go to in order to request that Sky or Virgin let us watch the Sky Sports Racing channel as we can watch any other sky sports channel?

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with watching Sky Racing via TV Go or the Sky Sports App. 

When trying to view the channel, what error message is coming up? Are you getting this regardless what's streaming at the time or are you only trying one particular programme?

Sky Sports racing has never been available via any of the VM apps, or by having a VM account and accessing the Sky Sports website or app.

It seems either Sky want to keep it as a unique selling point, or VM won't pay the extra to add it as it's available in all their TV packages as a free extra
