Sky Sports News - no sound

For the past two full days (at least) Sky Sports News has been muted on Virgin TV Go app (android mobile & tablet) and on Firefox browser but works normally on 360 Box TV.

The picture is fine, the subtitles work but there is no sound. No other channels are affected.

Hi Oleh 

I can replicate that on my android tablet and phone.  App version 4.34.0 Prod (4.34.23.105)

The sound works if I log in using a browser on my computer, but sadly it's not available via a browser using my tablet or phone.
