Hi,
I've searched previous threads and noticed that the only way to rectify the maximum device limit is to get someone from Virgin to reset the list.
Is there someone on here that can do that for me please?

You can register and stream programmers on up to two devices per household at any one time. Every time you use a different device, it will automatically register until you reach your maximum device limit.

Devices have been reset but Sky Sports is still saying too many devices registered. So frustrating 😫

Hi Pcelino, sorry to hear you are still experiencing issues managing your sky sports devices.
Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache ahead of managing the devices?
It may be worth baring in mind:
You can stream on one device at any one time; register up to six devices per household; and make three device swaps per calendar month.
Every time you use a different device it will automatically register until you reach the six device limit. When you want to watch on a seventh device, you'll need to remove one of your existing devices.
To manage your devices, visit Virgin Media UK’s device registration page.

It sounds like your TVGo device list has been updated, but not the separate list for devices that use the Sky Sports app.
Try the following:-
You should be able to manage your Sky Devices by logging into
http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices
Make sure it's http and not https.
It's best to do this on either Edge or Firefox browsers as there is often an issue if using Chrome.
Any problems either try an incognito window or clear your browsing history
