I have three devices listed in my Sky Sports Device Management - one of which hasn't been used for years but I am unable to remove it (just receiving the attached error). I have tried both on my app and a laptop.
Speaking to technical support on the phone they thought the device might still be in use as they weren't able to remove the device either - but that's impossible. Is there any way to kick off / remove devices from my account?
It's strange how your Dad's PC is the one that's causing the issues, as we're also having trouble removing the device from our end. I have however been able to remove the other devices, so can you please go back and check if that's helped things?
