Sky Sports Device Management

Hi

The sky sports device management page will not load so I cannot delete or change any of my devices!

Help!!??

Hi,

I'm also having this problem and looking in the forum archive it's a problem that's been happening for years.

This is the link that "manage my Sky devices" takes you to: https://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices

But it doesn't load. I've been trying for 3 days now, and it just times out without loading.

There *must* be a better way of managing devices, and there should also a way of easily seeing which other devices are logged on whenever you've reached the maximum. The whole system works really poorly - I tried to watch a football match on my phone yesterday and it said that there were 2 devices already watching, but that can't have been true - I am the only one accessing these devices!

Come on, that's a really shoddy answer. I've waited a long time for a response and you just divert me elsewhere without referencing any of my direct questions.

Even when I click on your like, I just get another error message: Sorry - this isn't available.

I already understand how it's *supposed* to work, but it *doesn't* work!
