When I try to log in to Sky Sports on my tablet or laptop I am asked to set a password. A message telling me this is not possible at the moment appears and will not let me log in. I use the Virgin Media log in and enter my ID, password and Robot question. It has worked for me in the past but this password request is keeping me locked out.
