thanks for the reply. Yes I have done the following:
tried to use internet explorer instead of chrome. No luck
my brother has a Mac. He can watch it on his mac in our house (so I’ve ruled out the internet router causing problems)
ive uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times so not sure what to do next.
ive also made sure my windows PC is fully updated to the latest software it’s a brand new computer but it’s previously worked totally fine with no issues
id appreciate any advice.
