Hi 

When I try to play any programme from Sky Sports on my Mac, it opens the app but then displays a black screen - eventually it provides the error code VGC-4253024360;4280287235. I have tried running the app from multiple web browsers and have downloaded and re-installed the Sky Sports app. My system is fully up to date. 

Please help.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

Sorry for the issues with the App, although we offer a log in through the App, it is not ran by us.

Can I ask whether you're facing the same issue on other devices?

This sometimes happens if people are  using  VPN software, or a VPN via their web browser, or add blockers.

This may also be caused by an anti virus browser add on such as webshield in AVG.

I seem to recall that in the past some forum members that were running Quicktime or snipping tools in the background had to turn them off.
