Hi,

I can't log into the sky sports app or website using my virgin details.

I'm definitely clicking on the virgin login and my credentials work fine in the virgin TV go app and the virgin website.

The error I get is

We can't check your account details right now. Please try again later.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some issues signing in to Sky Sports.

Can you confirm if a password change will allow you to them sign in?

Thanks for the update. To confirm, the error message with the error code DEF01 appears when you attempt to reset the password via our website?
