Hi, I have recently added Sky Sports and Sky cinema to my plan. I have downloaded the Sky apps and tried logging on through the Virgin logo with my Virgin email address and password. However, when I do this it keeps telling me to enter my Virgin email address. Is there a problem with the app?
How recently did you add the sky channels to your package? It can take a day or so for the new subscription to be recognised in the Sky App sign in process.
Also, you need to ensure that you are using your primary VM user address and password. This is the combination you use to access your VM billing account. The Sky apps cannot be used with a secondary VM email address.
