Sky Devices in TVGO are blank

I am using TvGo from Edge Browser and everything is working except for Sky Sports and Movies. When I go to manage sky devices I have 3 device changes available but the devices table is blank and will not load. Any ideas?device.jpg

The tv go app only allows sky movies you have to down load the sky sports app and login the sky using you virgin media login.

the only time it blanks out sky movies on the go app is usually you are not subscribed to movies on your tv package or if you have only upgraded it can take upto 24 hrs.  Device usually show up as soon as you add a device you may need to contact customer service

Thanks for help but when I go to skysports and click login and then go to the VirginMedia box I get the following error, which I assumed was because I have no sky devices?

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with accessing the Sky Sports content when trying to sign in through the Virgin Media link. 

The first thing we need to try is deleting the cache and cookies from your browser. Please do this and once you have, try signing in again. If that doesn't work, can you come back and let me know the following?: 

  • As you're using a browser, does using the Sky Sports App on a mobile device produce the same result? 
  • Are you able to view the Sky Sports & Cinema via your set top box?
  • For Sky Cinema, can you load these via Tv Go?
