Sky Device Managment Broken

Sorry to be repeating previous posts but this still doesn't seem to be fixed and a lot of paying customers are having the exact same issue.

When you try and manage your registered Sky devices through settings on the Virgin Media Go page or app you are redirected to an access denied page with 'Virgin TV Customers Only'. That page cannot recognise that you are already signed in, nor can you use the link at the top to sign in. Leaving you unable to add or change any devices, restricting you from paid services.

Any help or guidance with this would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks, Dan.
