Sign in not working

I have tried everything to sign in to TV Go. It says my account is not the primary account. I select 'forgotten my username' and I have 3 options but once I select the other 2 and then finish nothing happens

Can you confirm  couple of details for us please? Have you ever been able to log in to TV Go? Do the same details allow you access to your online account?
