Anyone else have this problem when trying to access TV on the go?
This has never worked for me, an engineer even visited - they logged with their details no problem, which teased me!!!
Any ideas? Can I get an account reset or something?

Do you have active virgin media account.
When trying to sing in are you using the same details you use to sign into your online account with?
I have tried to have a look our end however was unable to locate a active account with the details we have .
Certainly do.. I can't remember which email address we used as we came from an broadband only package to a full bundle but I've logged into my account and changed the user details to mine.
It might be in my wife's email address which can message you privately?
Can you just confirm the app is up to date?
And if you've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it on devices?
Yes updated on all devices and more importantly doesn't work on any browser on on Mac or PC 😞

I've had to raise a specific type of IT ticket regarding this, I'm not able to give a time frame on when this would be sorted I'm afraid.
But assure you it will be looked into.
